You want to avoid the steep sides of the valley south of this saddle, so climb to around the 100m contour and sidle to above plot at T180SIDLEHEIGHT2023 (E1218395 N4795048) and descend to plot. Route C (\~2 hours from high tide): if returning from plot over mudflats and find mudflats run ou, climb the spur from T180BEACHMID2023 (E121835 N4794783) o T180KNOLL2023 and descend the spur ESE to camp. From here, plot is 79m at 053 degrees, approx 10m up the hill from the swampy area you will have been walking through.
